Everest Panorama Trek Everest Panorama Trek is the shortened version of Everest Base Camp trek. You go almost half way up to Khumbu village from Lukla, or up to Pheriche, and then make your way back. This trek is meant especially for individuals who want to experience being in the Everest region, but don’t have enough time. Since the journey is half the size of the original trek, one can quickly make a trip to the region. The trek allows you to cover the significant places on the route and explore the local customs and traditions. You also get to enjoy the outstanding views of mountains in the Everest region from various viewpoints. This trek is also the ideal one for individuals who find it challenging to stay at high altitude. The walk on the route is not as tough, and there is almost no chance for the trekkers to suffer from altitude sickness during the trip. For these reasons and many others, Everest Panorama trek is the perfect trek for the first timers. Everest Jiri to Lukla Trek All the treks in the Everest region start from Lukla. While Namche Bazaar is known as the gateway to Everest, Lukla is known as the gateway to Everest region. Now, the majority of trekkers reach here by the means of flight, but if you want to do things differently, you can trek all the way up to Lukla. The trek starts from Jiri, and it’s a great warm up before the Everest Base Camp trek. The journey allows you to explore the numerous rural settlement areas from the rural parts of Nepal. However, keep in mind that going for this trek will increase the length of the journey by two times, especially if you’re also willing to cover Everest Base Camp. You have the choice of going for just the Everest Jiri to Lukla trek, or extend it only by a couple of days to explore places like Monjo, Phakding, and most importantly, Namche Bazaar. Your journey to the Everest region is incomplete without actually making your way up to these places. If you're someone who loves trekking and haven't tried the activity in the Everest region, well, you're missing out on a lot of fun and adventures. Be rest assured that you'll have the most amazing experience during Everest Gokyo Lake trek, with so many natural, cultural and religious spectacles to explore. You'd want to walk on these routes time and again.
